When we decided to launch our Herbs & Spices Collection, we knew it deserved the right stage. Spring Fair 2026 at the NEC Birmingham — the UK's biggest wholesale marketplace for home, gift and food — was exactly that.
A New Collection. A New Chapter.
Our Herbs & Spices Collection is a bold new direction for HOUSE OF POP.
Where our Fruit & Berries Collection tells the stories of cities through fruits, berries and Belgian chocolate, the Herbs & Spices Collection goes deeper. Each flavour is inspired by the unique herbs and spices historically and culturally woven into the identity of its city — more complex, more unexpected, and unlike anything else in the popcorn category.
This wasn't just a new product range. It was a statement about what HOUSE OF POP is capable of — and Spring Fair was where we made it.
Why Spring Fair?
Spring Fair attracts over 38,000 buyers and more than 1,500 suppliers across four days at the NEC Birmingham. Its Taste sector is built specifically for premium food brands — connecting artisan producers with independent retailers, gift buyers, deli owners, hotel procurement teams and corporate gifting specialists actively looking for the next standout product.
For a collection launch of this significance, there was no better platform.
The Launch
The reaction surpassed everything we anticipated. Visitors approached our stand drawn by the packaging — and the moment they tasted the new Herbs & Spices flavours, the conversations became serious.
Buyers who already stocked our Fruit & Berries Collection were genuinely surprised by the new range. First-time visitors to the stand were immediately captivated. The Herbs & Spices Collection resonated across every type of buyer — food specialists, gift retailers, hotel buyers and hamper producers alike.
