Refund policy
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return under UK distance selling laws.
- Items must be unopened and in original condition.
- Perishable goods (e.g. opened food items) cannot be returned unless faulty.
- To start a return, contact us at support@houseofpop.co.uk.
- All returned items must be sent to Sweet and Salty Popcorn Ltd, Unit 211, Dephna House, 24/26 Arcadia Avenue, London, N3 2JU.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
