Please read these Conditions of Sale carefully before ordering any Products from Sweet and Salty Popcorn Ltd. By ordering any Product, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. Sweet and Salty Popcorn Ltd Effective Date: 25 September 2025. 

Welcome to our online store. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

Ordering from Us 

• When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order, but it doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it yet.
• The contract between you and us is only complete once the products have been dispatched, unless we have informed you that your order has not been accepted or you have chosen to cancel it.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock issues or suspected fraud.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.
• It’s your responsibility to ensure that all the information you provide is accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, you must update them promptly.
• You must provide your real name, current address, phone number, email address, and any other information we may need to process your order.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice.

Products and Availability 

• All products are subject to availability.
• When you place an order, our confirmation via the website or email does not guarantee that the items will be delivered—it simply acknowledges your request. Acceptance of your order depends on the availability of the products.
• If we’re unable to deliver the items within the estimated timeframes shown during the checkout process, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
• Please note: during busy periods, standard delivery times may be extended. Any such delays will be clearly communicated on our website 
• Images are for illustration only. Actual product may vary slightly from those shown on screen.
• All measurements and sizes provided are approximate, though we strive for accuracy.

Pricing and Payment 

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
• The prices you are required to pay for products are those displayed on our website at the time you place your order, unless we identify a pricing error. If an error is found, we will contact you as soon as possible with the correct price and give you the option to confirm your order or cancel it. If we’re unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled.
• Prices listed on this website apply exclusively to purchases made through the website. If the same products are available through other retailers or stockists, prices may differ.
• Payment is taken at the time of order using secure payment methods.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery 

• We currently ship within the UK only.
• Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
• While we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Once we have received full payment for your order, ownership of the items transfers to you upon delivery. This includes delivery directly to you, to a neighbour, or if left in a designated safe place. From the moment of delivery, the responsibility for any damage or loss of the item passes to you.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds 

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return under UK distance selling laws.
• Items must be unopened and in original condition.
• Perishable goods (e.g. opened food items) cannot be returned unless faulty.
• To start a return, contact us at support@houseofpop.co.uk.
• All returned items must be sent to Sweet and Salty Popcorn Ltd, Unit 211, Dephna House, 24/26 Arcadia Avenue, London, N3 2JU.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made.

Allergen Information 

• Our popcorn may contain or be produced in facilities that handle allergens such as MILK and SOYA.
• It is your responsibility to read all product descriptions and labels before purchase and consumption.

Intellectual Property 

• All content on our site (images, logos, text) is the property of Sweet and Salty Popcorn Ltd.
• You are permitted to view the website content on your computer, save it electronically (excluding servers or networked storage), or print a single copy for personal, non-commercial use—as long as all copyright and ownership notices remain intact.
• Any other use of the website content, including copying, modifying, distributing, or using it for commercial purposes, is not allowed without prior written consent from Sweet and Salty Popcorn Ltd. Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Sweet and Salty Popcorn Ltd harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the our website, or from your use/misuse of the website, or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the terms and conditions.
