Our Popcorn

Is your popcorn 100% natural?

Yes, we use only natural ingredients, as we do not believe in
artificial colours or flavours.

Is your popcorn suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, all our flavours are suitable for vegetarians. Most of our popcorn is not vegan-friendly because we use butter, but we do offer several irresistible vegan flavours!

I have food allergies, what flavours can I eat?

All our flavours contain Soya and most contain Milk. We do not use, treat or process nuts or peanuts in our facility.

Is your popcorn gluten free?

Yes, all our flavours are gluten free.

My Order

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we're unable to change or cancel orders once they've been processed. However, if you’ve made a mistake (e.g. with the delivery address or flavours ordered), the best thing to contact us via email: support@houseofpop.co.uk

How long does it take to process my order?

We do our best to process and ship orders within one working day. However, it might take slightly longer, particularly during holidays and festive seasons.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, a confirmation email should come through immediately once your order has been placed.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order as little or as much as you like.

Do you ship outside UK?

Unfortunately, not yet. But we are working on it.

Delivery

Can I change the delivery address?

This may be possible if you contact us in time, however, not guaranteed. Please contact us via support@houseofpop.co.uk as soon as possible.

How much are delivery costs?

The delivery costs are calculated at the end of your order.

When will I receive my order?

We ship our order with DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number, so you can track the progress.

Will I receive an invoice with the order?

Many of our orders are intended as gifts. Therefore, we do not enclose a physical printed invoice. You will receive the invoice in an email.

Events, Large Orders and Collaborations:

I would like to put a large order for an event that I organise, do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts for orders above £1000. Please contact sales@houseofpop.co.uk
